“My Work is Very Personal”

Michelle Renee Surrogate Partner professional cuddler intimacy coach

Reclaiming Connection, Together

My name is Michelle Renee (she/her). My work is deeply personal. As an intimacy coach and therapeutic touch practitioner, I support women, especially those who have survived childhood sexual abuse, incest, or emotional neglect. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your boundaries, and experience meaningful, consent-based connection.

For years, I navigated my own path through family silence, emotional tension, and the lasting impact of abuse. Like many of my clients, I learned early to suppress my needs and intuition. My healing began later in life, after decades spent in relationships that echoed old patterns of disconnection and self-abandonment. Through specialized training and my own lived experience, I found ways to gently return to my body, honor my boundaries, and rediscover my voice.

Today, I offer a brave space for clients who are analytical, thoughtful, and ready to approach healing with both curiosity and care. My sessions are client-led, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. Whether you want to process old wounds, practice new ways of relating, or simply feel "safe enough" in your own skin, I am here to walk beside you.

My approach weaves together consent-based touch, emotional coaching, and collaboration with therapists. I always honor your pace and your story. I know the courage it takes to reach out, and I hold deep respect for the analytical minds and resilient spirits of the women I serve.

For those who wish to explore deeper conversations about intimacy, healing, and trauma-informed connection, my podcast, Intimacy Lab, is available for you to listen to at your own pace. Some episodes include candid discussions and sensitive topics, so please choose what feels right for you. I also co-host Finding Ourselves, a heartfelt Cuddlist podcast focused on the transformative power of platonic touch, therapeutic intimacy, and emotional well-being. Both podcasts offer an authentic window into my approach as a therapeutic intimacy specialist and are optional resources for those interested in learning more about trauma-informed, consent-based support for survivors. If you are curious, you can find Intimacy Lab and Finding Ourselves on all major podcast platforms and YouTube.

If you are ready to explore connection, boundaries, and embodied healing, I welcome you to join me on this journey.
