Terms of Service
In-Person Session Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy - for Clients Local to San Diego
Cancellations within the 24-hour window before a scheduled session will not be refunded. No-shows are just plain rude, and you will no longer be able to schedule sessions.
Cancellation Policy - for clients NOT local to San Diego while I'm already traveling to your area
To book a session while I'm in your area (not a specific trip to work with only you), I will need 50% down. This will not be refundable. I need to keep a portion as non-refundable because I am paying for my travel out of pocket, and I need to make sure I'm not losing money and that I don't end up with any cancellations, if possible. I will be booking a very tight schedule to make it most advantageous for my travel. The balance will be due before the start of our session. If you choose to pay the full invoice at the time of scheduling, you will be refunded 50% if you need to cancel.
Virtual Session Policies
IF YOU SCHEDULING A FREE CONSULTATION OR INTAKE CALL:
You are scheduling a video call that will help us get to know each other a bit better, to determine if we are a good fit to work together. While there is no fee for this call, you are putting a credit card on file so that if you do not show up for our call within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, I will charge a $40 no-show fee to that credit card.
PREPAID COACHING/CONSULTATION CALL:
IF you are scheduling a paid coaching, consultation, or virtual session, the call starts at the scheduled time. If you are late, your call will still end at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, do so at least 24 hours before your call, or you will not get a refund.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The call will be hosted on Zoom, a web conferencing platform. You will receive the information to join the call in your confirmation email. Please be on video if possible. I will start the call on time and expect you to participate on time. If you haven't used Zoom before, I highly suggest giving it a test run BEFORE our call. I am holding time for this call, and your lateness will reduce our time.
Lastly, and I apologize for having to say this, this call is not an invitation to any lewd activities. If you choose to be disrespectful of my time or show your genitals, masturbate, etc, the call will end immediately, and no refund will be given. We will never work together or share any contact moving forward.
